Newcastle and Adidas have reached a five-year agreement that is estimated to be worth approximately £40 million a season. The club will retake command of its merchandising and retail.
This means that when the 2023–24 season ends, the club shop that Castore now runs in St. James’ Park’s Gallowgate Stand will undergo a “comprehensive refurbishment.” Between May and June of 2024, the off-season, the renovations will take place.
